Interactive buttons are commonly linked to hard materials such as plastics or metals. How will a set of buttons made from non-conventional materials look and feel?

Threads can be seen as something fragile as they snap easily. But it might not be the case if they are embroidered onto fabrics.
Threads can also create versatile shapes and depths with different fabric combinations.
Embroidered Threads

Pull
The long elevated flap in contrast with the short and flat base creates an invitation for the flap to be pulled.
Push
The flat base and embroidered circle in the middle acts as an invitation for the finger to push.


Twist
The inflated yet smooth body emphasizes the S-shaped crease which stands out. The crease specify the direction for the user to twist.
